Keta Town, Zamfara State, Nigeria
Armed Terrorist launched a violent attack on Keta town on Saturday, November 1, 2025. Setting fire to harvested crops and kidnapping 31 residents. The list of the kidnapped victims includes — 19 men and 12 children.
Keta located in Zamfara, a State in Nigeria’s predominantly Muslim North, has seen attack from terrorist also known as bandits.
Eyewitnesses reported that the assailants invaded the town late in the evening, looting grain stores before burning large areas of farmland.
Security forces have yet to issue an official statement, while residents fear renewed violence as nearby communities begin to evacuate.
